MAXE Designs Bespoke Timeless Invitation Collection & Designs

PAYMENT + DEPOSITS

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for all MAXE Designs Bespoke Timeless Invitation Collection orders, and a $100 deposit for coordinating stationery orders. The deposit amount will be applied to your order total. Any remaining amounts due, shall be paid in full upon approval of products and/or services by Client and prior to the printing of the final product and prior to the final draft copies are mailed to client. Client agrees to compensate MAXE Designs for expenses such as postage shipping and other such out of pocket expenses that may be incurred. Client is responsible for mailing postage for each invitation suite – rsvp and mailing.

All deposits are nonrefundable to account for time and materials that have already been dedicated to the creation of your design.

One-of-a-Kind MAXE Designs require a signed contract and design deposit of half of the estimated quote total. Additional details will be provided and included in design contract.

DESIGN SPECIFICS

Each Complete MAXE Designs Bespoke Timeless Invitation Collection Suite Set include: a single layer invitation (5x7"), a rsvp insert (4.25x5.5", postcard or with A2 mailing envelope), a guest information insert (4.25x4.5" to 4.25x6.75" double sided as well), an art wrap and seal design with matching mailing envelope. Designs will have digital print finish. Mailing envelope addressing is available for $175.00 which includes your return address and guest mailing address in a digital print finish for up to 100 invitation suite sets, above 100 please inquire about cost.

Each Complete Invitation Suite Set (details included are available at: www.mollyaxe.com/ourdesignprocess/) is $8.00 plus shipping and tax (where applicable) with a minimum order of 50 invitation suite sets required.

Above 50 Invitation Suite Sets you will only end up paying for the final count you end up needing. We'll adjust and finalize your balance due prior to your final hard copy drafts are printed and final before printing of your wedding stationery designs.

OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK

Client agrees that the artwork created by MAXE Designs under this Agreement is the exclusive property of MAXE Designs L.L.C. and that use of such artwork does not create or vest any rights in, or ownership of the artwork to Client. The parties agree that MAXE Designs shall retain all rights, title and ownership of any and all artwork created as part of this Agreement and purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation, all products and/or services provided to date shall be paid in full and are due immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding services and products, MAXE Designs' entire liability to the Client for any claim or loss is limited to a refund to the Client of the amount the Client paid for that particular service or product, minus expenses incurred.

PROOFING PROCESS

We’ll create a personalized timeline that will be communicated with all parties involved outlining what to expect during our designing together. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.

A variety of designs will be emailed to you (this process will be discussed in more detail as we are designing together) and once your final designs have been selected we’ll review your final invitation design on a variety of paper samples for final selection. We’ll make changes to your stationery designs with no limit on revisions.

Once final payment has been received all materials are ordered and the invitation suite and/or stationery designs are printed. After reviewing each design, we will assemble and finalize your designs for pick up, shipping to you or mailing directly to each of your wedding guests. Your MAXE Designs Bespoke Timeless Invitation Collection Designs will be finalized and ready for mailing to you or your guests in plenty of time of prior to your wedding or special event date pending proper timely approval for finalizing designs.

FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL

Email communication for final design drafts will be submitted via email for print approval. Once emailed print approval has been received designs will be printed, assembled and finalized for client. Any additional design changes, after final print approval has bene provided, will result in an additional cost to client.

If required files are not submitted in accordance with the given timeline, a late fee may apply for each day past stated due dates. Additional rush processing may also be incurred due to late submission to complete your order in time for your event and/or requested delivery date. If we do not receive necessary files within 3 days past the given due date, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any and all deposits and/or payments will be forfeited.

SHIPPING & HANDLING OF FINAL DESIGNS TO CLIENT

Client will be responsible for postage and shipping of final designs to their destination. Final Invitation Designs will be sent via USPS Priority Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $30.00 with an average of 3-5 business days within the United States if sent directly to MAXE Designs Client. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. Day of stationery & designs shipping additional.

PRIVACY

Any and all personal information provided will remain fully confidential. This information is only used to facilitate the completion of your order as well as a satisfactory customer service experience. We do not share or sell client information to outside parties that are not directly involved in providing MAXE Designs products and services relative to your order.

COPYRIGHT

Any proofs or artwork sent in this email are the exclusive property of Molly Axe and MAXE Designs as part of our Bespoke Timeless Invitation Collection, MAXE Designs Invitations. By transmitting any emails related to our designs or the final design hard copy drafts Molly Axe and MAXE Designs is the sole owner of copyrights of said artwork. No copies or reproductions of any kind can be performed unless given specific written permission by Molly Axe and MAXE Designs. The copyrights to said artwork can be purchased by the end user from Molly Axe and MAXE Designs. Please contact Molly Axe and MAXE Designs for details of copyright purchase.
